Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time designer?

Great question! Hiring a full-time designer can cost over $65,000 annually, not to mention benefits – and finding available talent is a challenge. On top of that, you might not always have consistent work, meaning you pay for idle time.

Our monthly plan is crafted for landscape contractors to enjoy the flexibility to pause and resume their subscription as needed, ensuring you only pay when there's work—no more continuous expenses during downtimes.

What if I only have 1 request?

No problem at all! You can simply pause your subscription when that task is completed. When you have more design needs, just pick up where you left off. There's no need to let any of your subscription go to waste.

How does the pause feature work?

We understand you may not have enough design work to fill up an entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two design requests at the moment. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy.Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.

Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?

Nope! You can line up as many requests as your heart desires in your Backlog, and we’ll complete them one at a time.

How quickly will I receive designs?

Whenever a new task is moved into the active state, you’ll have some designs to review within five (5) business days.We don’t limit how big or small a task has to be. That being said, if it’s a bigger task, it’s likely that your first update would be a more bit-sized deliverable. Either way, you’ll still get an update. For those bigger tasks, it may just take a few updates and feedback cycles until the task would be marked as “done.”

What if I don’t like my designs?

No problem at all! The great thing about the subscription is that we can revise your designs until you’re 100% happy with the result.

How do I manage my subscription?

Hiring a landscape designer before working with a contractor is beneficial because designers specialize in creating a cohesive and functional plan that meets your aesthetic and functional goals. They consider factors such as site conditions, plant selection, and overall design principles, ensuring a well-thought-out blueprint for the project. This helps streamline the contractor's work, reducing costly mistakes and ensuring a successful outcome that maximizes the potential of your outdoor space.
